My husband had his yearly diabetic eye check up with Sharon, he was made to feel at ease as soon as he walked through the shop doorway and thought the whole examination went smoothly. All the staff were just wonderful and extremely helpful.
I had my 2 yearly eye checkup with Helen and Erin and they too were very efficient and explained everything clearly during my examination and helpful when I was selecting new frames . We will recommend Boots, Wimborne.

I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, I was seen by Helen the optometrist. Helen was very informative and took her time explaining everything to me. These made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
I was passed to Roney the shop manage, he also was extremely helpful in assisting me with my purchase.
Overall, a great service and unreasonably priced.
I would certainly recommend Boots Optimisation in Wimborne Minster.

Optician Helen was excellent - knowledgeable about all options open to me and very helpful, despite me dropping in without an appointment on a busy day.
Assistant Erin also very helpful & professional in sorting out my new glasses for me - measurements, etc. - which I am delighted with.

Very happy with my visit today. My glasses, bought from Wimborne Boots last March, needed adjusting as they had been slightly damaged at home. I called in, no appointment, and both Steph and Roney were very courteous and sorted out the problem quickly with no charge.

I visited Boots with my prescription in order to buy new frames. I was made welcome and had really good advice from Roney on the style and colour of the frame. I liked the fact that he was honest with his opinion in a courteous and friendly manner. The glasses were ready to be picked up within five days which I thought was great service. I was recommended Boots by a friend and would recommend other friends to use them too.
