I visited for my yearly Diabetic Eye Screening. All the staff were very friendly, and the Optometrist Sharon was extremely welcoming, adept and informative. Having an eye screening is not my favourite way to spend an hour or so, but thanks to Sharon and the rest of the staff I felt relaxed, reassured and valued. Thank you all.

I am so pleased with my visit to Boots Opticians in Wimborne today. The optometrist Claire was so helpful and explained everything clearly and in a way I understood. The assistant Ashleigh was so patient with me and offered clear and honest advice on what frames suited me best. I will definitely recommend!

I have worn glasses for over 50 years and I was delighted by every part of my appointment -probably the best care in all that time.The test was explained fully and the condition of my eyes made clear to me .Iwas helped to choose my specs very patiently .Helen and Roney were friendly and professional .I was a tad nervous when I went in but came out confident that I had made the right choice. .Thank you .
