Becky and Carolyn were very friendly and knowledgeable. Zabir the proffessional yet extremely friendly optometrist squeezed me into his already very busy schedule so that my specs could be ordered quickly to replace a broken pair. The specs were ready for collection 1 week later as promised and I am extremely satisfied with them.

Having used a number of opticians over many years, I was very much impressed by the care I received. The optician, Simon, discussed a variety of options for my particular prescription. When it came to choosing new frames and choosing varifocals for the first time, I found Carolyn very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel under pressure to rush or to buy from any particular range of frames. We worked together to find the best products. I was extremely impressed that the 2 pairs of glasses were available in less than a week. I would highly recommend this excellent service.
