The Optomestrist's name was Helen and the Dispenser's name was Roney. They were both extremely helpful and friendly and put me completely at ease. I am so pleased that I chose to use Boots at Wimborne.

I was very happy with my whole experience here and can't fault anyone of the team for the care and interest they showed me. Ashleigh is very friendly and knowledgeable and always seemed able to make herself cheerfully available to help even when they practice was very busy. Helen is the best optometrist I have come across. She made me feel very much at ease and appeared genuinely interested in finding the most suitable prescription for me. I have always resisted varifocals, but Helen gently suggested I try having just a small amount of extra magnification at the bottom of my distance glasses..... and I have to say they have revolutionised my life! I can now go about my daily life without having to always carry a separate pair of reading glasses and that is a real bonus for me. Helen was also very keen to stress that I could go back at any time if I was experiencing any problems. Roney is extremely courteous and he helped me find exactly the right frames for my glasses - alighting on the best ones very quickly. I thought some others might be as good, but no, they weren't! Melanie was lovely and supportive as I went back in to chose some spare glasses, giving me lots of time and, again, seeming to care that I got it right. So, all in all, a very high level of care and an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

I had my eye tested at Boots Opticians in Bournemouth, but I've decided to to get my pair of glasses at Boots Opticians Wimborne, so that someone who could speak my language (Portuguese) help me to chose a nice frame for my face shape. Roney the Assistant Manager was very pleasant and helpful, he helped me to chose a nice and also recommended the best coating for my lenses. Was a great experience. I collected my my glasses yesterday at Bournemouth branch as we've arragend to be sent over. From now on I know where I can recommed an optician for Brazilians and Portuguese.

Excellent customer service from Dispenser Roney and Optometrist Zabir. It is fantastic to be treated by friendly welcoming and informative staff who know their products but don't hard sell and allow you to spend as much time trying on glasses as you wish and are happy to help you decide on the right pair that suits your face. All the staff are great and very helpful and knowledgable. Roney gave both myself and my husband fantastic advice on glasses for our individual work/life needs and Zabir again went through a detailed eye exam with myself making sure the lenses ordered are correct for my lifestyle and eye care. Both made sure the examination was carried out with correct hygiene standards which I was also impressed about. Highly recommend the branch in Wimborne!
