I have had problems with recent new glasses. I called in without appointment today for the third occasion for the same problem. Lewis, the Deputy Manager overheard the conversation & immediately took control. He listened, saw how upset I was and was determined that I would not leave until he felt I was happy that he would resolve the problem. He was patient, positive & had a can do attitude. I was made to feel a valued customer & not an irritation. Thank you Lewis

Excellent and friendly service from both the optometrist and dispenser, Helen and Steph. Would 100% recommend this boots optitions to anyone. Very professional and explained everything clearly in a way I could understand. Will be going back when next needed.

I recently had diabetic eye screening and a normal eye test at Boots Opticians in Wimborne Minster. The staff were a delight to deal with and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. They are vey professional and assisted me greatly in choosing new lenses and frames that I needed. I will definitely use their services again. Peter Harfleet

All of the staff in store were fantastic. After my test I spent a good amount of time with Carolyn. We tried many types of frame and she gave me an honest opinion rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive pair in the shop. They estimated 7-10 days for delivery but mine were in store for collection after 2 working days! When I picked them up Helen spent time with me making sure they were adjusted just right. We had a bit chat and although I was probably the last customer at the end of a long day she was still very chatty and gave me advice on being new to glasses. It was a great service. Thanks ladies for your time an effort.
