Two attempts to get me the correct prescription glasses totally failed. Never before have I been unable to wear new glasses immediately. I was left unable to see car registration numbers and anyway, unable to wear the glasses. And each pair was delayed by quality control - i.e. The branch promised what they could not deliver. I went in because I was getting headaches, which stopped anyway when Tom straightened my bent glasses. The final straw came when at the 3 rd eye test, I was told my glasses were very scratched. Slightly bent, yes, but no scratches.
