Had originally booked online for an appointment in Poole. Was contacted the day before by telephone to say appointment was cancelled but did not hear the message in time, so turned-up for my appointment as originally scheduled. Surprised that an appointment made online, with an e-mail confirmation, was not cancelled/advised also by e-mail. Anyway, Poole Dolphin Centre branch was able to reschedule the appointment for the same day, but in Wimborne. Appointment in Wimborne handled at correct time, was thorough and efficient. All staff friendly and professional. Met expectation of Boots appointment and complete eye health care check (which was main reason to come back to Boots, rather than go elsewhere to less 'complete' check-up). Thanks.
