I have had problems with recent new glasses. I called in without appointment today for the third occasion for the same problem. Lewis, the Deputy Manager overheard the conversation & immediately took control. He listened, saw how upset I was and was determined that I would not leave until he felt I was happy that he would resolve the problem. He was patient, positive & had a can do attitude. I was made to feel a valued customer & not an irritation. Thank you Lewis
