I visited Boots in Wimborne to see if my aged mother's glasses could be repaired. I saw the assistant manager Roney Cabral who took the time and trouble to replace one of the side arms and a 'nose support'. He also cleaned both of the lens and adjusted the fitting. He declined any payment and did all this with a smile. Well done and thank you!
