There has been a massive improvement in the Wimbledon Boots. Much more customer friendly. There seem to be a lot of staff in various outfits! Be good to know who does what with a staff display board as we have at my GP's surgery and you get in some supermarkets

Customer waiting and pre-optometrist test areas hugely improved at Wimbledon branch since make over last year. This now offers an excellent service.

Very professional. Hard messages conveyed sympathetically. It was a bit awkward being shuffled between people at different stages. Felt like I had to ask too many questions as to where I should sit etc.
