i didn't get to see the optician I was booked in too see as they were running 35 mi s late. No explanation was provided as th why there was such a delay. This was not the first time I have been kept waiting for my appointment it appears to be a regular occurrence over the past couple of years. The optician I did see was helpful but felt it was to make up for the lateness.

Very helpful lady called Rose, answered my questions very clearly and without bother even though extremely busy there. Very pleased with how my test went and how thorough it was.

The Wimbledon branch is now much improved and has a more spacious waiting area. Very professional service with attention to detail. While waiting for the slightly delayed appointment for my son, a very helpful assistant adjusted and cleaned my glasses.

Took 1.5h to have an eye check and new glasses for a 7 yo. This is far too long. I will probably go elsewhere next time.

All the staff were helpful and the appointment time was kept. Would recommend this brand to a friend of family member.
