During the first tests in the dark room, the different test machines should have been better explained as I was just told to rest my head on each machine - I had to ask for explanation of what they did. The reason air was puffed in my eye should have been explained first.
The optometrist during the more manual tests was nice and explained what they were doing. A member of staff later gave me their time to explain how to use my contacts.
Overall, the technology seemed up to standard, the experience felt quick and thorough.

Optician was very good when my 3 year old and made a quick referral for an issue picked up in one of her eyes, which is now being followed up by an ophthalmologist. Very pleased with the service we received.
Excellent service, I wouldn't go anywhere else
Overall I had a very good experience (extensive tests and helpful staff). One improvement would be for the Optometrist to actually discuss the results in full with you and explain exactly what they mean. I had excellent help from a shop staff member (Tamara in Wimbledon) who was very good in helping me select the right type of glasses particularly as the choice is so wide.
