Slightly disorganised in the appointment schedules - I had three separate checks and was kept waiting in between when there were consultants free. The staff didn't seem to know who was supposed to where and what they were doing - don't think it was the but something to do with the system.

I saw two ladies both so lovely one in particular called Sudha ( not sure the spelling and not sure the exact name), quiet a mature lady she was so lovely, patient and informative. I had my lenses and priscription sorted and it was very smooth, fast and pleasant. Thanks Boots
