It was easy to arrange an electronic appointment. I arrived and was dealt with promptly. The staff explained what was happening, when I asked for clarification on any aspect I received a thorough explanation. The best thing was that specialists confirmed my eyesight was fine.

I was seen by Rose. Following an eyelid operation I have been experiencing dryness in my eyes. Rose gave me advice on the correct contact lenses and has been monitoring the progress including ensuring that there were no scratches on the eye. Only because of Rose I have been able to use contact lenses again and I am very grateful for her care and support. Rose has changed my life!

The optometrist i had was absolutely phenomenal (Rose, Wimbledon Centre Court) she was very professional; took her time to check my eye and really expressed her concern regarding the problem i was having with my eye. Rose gave good, honest advice which made me trust her even more with her judgment. i have not had an optometrist take such good care like Rose did, and because of her service I would definately would come back. However, unfortunately, the initial test i had to do with another staff prior to seeing the optometrist, she was not welcoming, did not explain the tests as to what i was suppose to do or what i should expect to happen, no simple manners such as please or thank you. To have this service in the beginning of a test was not a positive at all. Thanks to Rose and her strong recommendation to go to a eye casualty, I am now getting treatment for my eye which could have been a very serious case had it not been spotted earlier and because of her deepest concern regarding the issue it persuaded me to go to the casualty.

The man who came at the end to ask us to pay used a very confusing turn of phrase (something like 'so there's just one more thing. There's an outstanding balance on your account'. It would be a lot clearer if he just said you were done and just needed to pay! Also, a form which requires you to tick multiple boxes in order to NOT be contacted for marketing purposes is clearly trying to trick you into being contacted... Otherwise, all good.
