I had a very good experience at Boots Opticians on 09-09-17. The appointment took place promptly at the allocated time without me having to wait longer. My Optometrist Aldrena was very lovely, kind, friendly and took good care in examining my eyes thoroughly and revising my prescription. I was able to have a complete eye examination including a field test. Aldrena promised to create a referral letter for my GP as requested. She also gave me a written copy of my prescription for my records promptly without me asking for it. I used a free boots eye test voucher which didn't seem to be a problem at all, Aldrena accepted it readily after the appointment. Not even once did I get pressured into buying new glasses either. Five star experience. Would highly recommend Aldrena and the staff. Thank you Boots.
