I booked eye test and contact lenses examination in one day. when I arrived the person from the shop floor asked me to grab a seat and wait for my appoitment. apprently she did not check me in which means that I was wearing for 30 min and waiting for nothing. after that I been informed that I can only have one off my appoitment as I was late!!!!! I was shocked and really annoyed as I left work earlier to come for this appoitment. I have to say that the day was saved by super friendly and professional optician who was extrmly professional and helpful. She was the only reason why i decided to stay and use your as a contact lenses supplier regards marta
