Optometrist was very good and friendly. When I walked into shop, 3 people working on till but took a minute or so for someone to look up and ask if they could help. Was then taken to waiting area. Man who took me in told someone else my name then walked off without saying anything. The girl he spoke to carried on with what she was doing then eventually acknowledged me. Friendly enough staff eventually but just felt like shop/sales staff rather than a professional opticians.
