I went to Boots the Opticians to make an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to be seen very quickly on the very day. All the various tests were carried out with efficiency and care. Everyone was very polite and pleasant. The only down is that it took quite a long time from choosing the frames and payment as well as changing the nose pads on my current glasses. But over all it was a pleasant experience despite the cost of getting new glasses!
