The optometrist was informative and efficient so happy with the service there. The general service otherwise could do with a lot of sharpening up. Very little information given around what to expect; it went as follows: Have a seat - but we won't tell you how long for or what to expect Then after maybe 15 minutes we bring you for machine tests but don't explain what they are Then show you to a seat again with no information as to what happens next I ask what is going on and I'm told i will see an optometrist when they are ready. No time expectation given. There seemed to be a lot of general client service staff milling around but none of them keeping any clients informed. I get that they are doing this all the time, but i haven't had an eye test in 20 years so I don't know what is expected. There also seemed to be nobody in charge. Client service training badly required. Keep clients informed, tell them what to expect and how long their wait time will be.
