Afterwards when it came to ordering lenses / glasses was a shambles. I was give wrong, way too high quotes of cost... more than £100 higher than it should have been. Only sharp querying of the quote resulted in a reduction. Also thought that a voucher I was sent in the mail turned out not to be applicable... the small print stood in the way. I was annoyed.
