The optometrist was very rude and patronising. She told me off for not giving all info to her. I saw an opthamologist informally some time ago and have forgotten it as it was not a formal nhs referral, then I remembered later. She shouted at me and implied I lied and said I have to disclose all information. She was annoyed when I told her the alcohol gel has not vaporised in the equipment and need to wait as it makes my eyes water and sneeze. Very unprofessional. She behave as if she didn't want to work there. I would never come back again or recommend never anyone to your service.
