This vist was better than my previous visit a year ago the prescription was too strong for me glasses had to be returned twice to be modified, felt I was encouraged to get new prescription glasses that weren't really needed took months to get used to glasses. Was not going to return to this branch again but out of convenience did go back for annual eye check, felt the optometrist was better this time and not pressurised into upgrading glasses.

The outcome was very clear and I was told to come back anytime if my eyes got worse.

Sarupa (the optometrist) formed a great rapport with my son putting him at ease immediately when we were called in. She was very professional and thorough in her examination, giving my son clear instructions appropriate for his age when assessing him. This meant that my son could understand the questions clearly and was able to answer them without any problem. Sarupa also explained to my son the reason for each test and was happy to answer his questions. She finished the consultation by discussing the results and asking if we had any questions. Excellent patient care and a great professional attitude. My 6 year old son was delighted with his interesting and very fun eye test.

The Optometrist was able to explain to my girl her needs and explain why her prescription on her contact lens differ from her glasses. She also helpd calculate the number of lens she needs and helped us cut down the cost significantly. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly making a child at ease.
