I initially telephoned for an appointment and when telephone was answered I was told the shop was closed. This was 8.45am and if closed why was the telephone answered. I then made an appointment for Monday 5th December. I duly attend on time and was informed they were running late, after waiting 30mins and receiving no further information and my parking time half used, I decided that as far as customer service goes Boots are in the dark ages so will not be using your services again.
