Boots Opticians St Neots

My only issue is that the Optometrist was running late and I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment, which meant I had to rush afterwards to make sure that I got to pick my daughter up from school on time.
This has happened once before, and I had to dash out and increase my car park ticket.
All the staff were warm and friendly and made me feel welcome. One of them was especially setting a good example, as a New Years resolution she was on fruit only lunch diet!!!!!!!!!!!
I am a 94yr old and not very mobile also very deaf but staff was very helpful and caring, was able to bring my walker into the shop which was very accessible with
automatic doors and no steps.
The service at Boots, StNeots has always been very friendly and professional, you are lucky to have such staff. The Optician was excellent, friendly, helpful and utterly professional, I liked her a lot.
I have no problems at all with the branch, but as an old lefty (the only one left in Cambridgeshire) I would prefer the NHS, which I support 100%, to run their own opticians and not let private enterprise creep in. This is of course a political observation and does not reflect on the excellence of your StNeots branch.
Regarding contact lens's, I would not consider them at all, again a personal view and no bad reflection on your staff.
All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The appointment started promptly and was professional
