The whole experience was carried out in a very friendly and professional manner. It transpired that I had also seen the optometrist 4 years ago in Dundee and her manner at that time was one of the reasons why I have trusted Boots and never thought about going anywhere else! The other staff were equally friendly and efficient.

Great service from both Amy the Optician & Carly the Optical Consultant. I could not fault any part of the service given. Both were very friendly with good conversation & information explaining any details that I needed to know & answered any questions I had. Staff were also very helpful when choosing my new glasses, thank you!
