Once the appointment was over I felt there was not always discussion between sales staff and myself. There was no discussion about available offers and I felt the cost of the glasses was extremely expensive compared to other local Optitions. I had intended buying two pairs but there was no connection with me as a customer so only bought one set and will go elsewhere if I want more.
