Amy took time with me to discuss macular degeneration, as my father suffers from it and I was worried about how it may affect me. She was very supportive throughout the eye test and made me feel at ease. She identified that I have dry eyes which may have contributed to how uncomfortable my eyes have been feeling recently and recommended a specific brand of eye drops which I feel are helping already. Lisa was very nice and spent a lot of time with me when I was struggling on new frames, her advice and patience was very much appreciated.
