I arrived and was shown to a seat in a comfortable waiting area. My eye test soon followed then I saw an optician for a sight test. Then I saw the contact lens specialist for a through review and test. All very efficient and a nice clean and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend Boots on Queens Road in Sheffield.

The staff are lovely at this Boot Opticians Branch, but the organisation is abysmyl. It's taken from August till November to get a trial pair of catact lenses as thinking of changing my existing ones. When I got them they were not at all usable, so waiting for another pair to arrive. 3 times i've been in for appointments and still I have no lenses. Think I should have gone to Specsavers.
