I had to wait for 30 mins before I could be seen even though I had an appointment. I was asked to wait another 15 mins so that they had to deal with a hospital patient.

All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful, and the examination seemed thorough. Of course, all the possible "product upgrades" were explained to me - however, I managed to resist most of them and stayed within my budget!

My optician was Shireen , I love this opticians haven been coming to this place for many years now, Iv never had any problems with this opticians I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The staff are very helpful.
