I find it much easier making bookings directly with the branch rather than the booking team. It was quite consuming over the phone. I booked for an eye check as I was experiencing some blur vision but the booking team advised me to have contact Lense check which wasn't really required. The staff are always brilliant and was well looked after.

The staff are really lovely and friendly. It just seems to take such a long tine, we were there for 1 hour and 40 mins for my two children, it's a very long time for children in particular.
