Friendly and professional care throughout. Asked to use the staff toilet, which was no problem. Because this practice is a little out of the way, a coffee machine and customer toilet would be a good idea.

The whole experience was great, really felt that the test was thorough. Great range of glasses to choose from and very helpful before and after test staff!
