I came to look for frames and Tracey came over to offer assistance. She was extremely polite, very friendly and knowledgeable about the frames. She was able to listen and look at me and determine the type of style I wanted and that would suit me and found several frames for me to try. Her advice as to what suited me and why was invaluable. Tracey is one of the best optical assistants I have come across.
