Appointment was 40 mins late and was for my 2 children. Both needed glasses and said would be assissted from staff. We chose the glasses ourselves in the end as we was waiting so long and then sat waiting 30 minutes to order the glasses. We asked 3 times how long we would be waiting. We were in the opticians 2 and a half hours altogether.
