Both optometrists for glasses and contact lenses were nice and professional, with some funny jokes in between the serious conversations. However the telephone booking system is pants. I clearly asked for a double appointment and doing both contact lenses and glasses tests on the day one after another, but when I arrived to the opticians I was told I was only booked for glasses check. I had to wait a while for the contact lenses check which the staff kindly managed to squeeze into the day. The visit lasted 1h30 min which was ridiculous. This is not a service that should be offered to people who actually work and have other things to do than sit in the waiting rooms, especially when the appointments are booked in advance and mine was the first one on the day!(at 9am!!)
