I came to collect my new glasses and was greeted with a smile by a lovely young lady called Tracey, she asked me to take a seat and promptly came back to me with my new glasses, making sure all was fitting correctly and that my vision was clear. I found Tracey to be one of the most polite, honest and informative sales persons I have come across in a long time.....what a credit to your company.
