Tried booking online, didn't work, page froze, went in in person to book- staff v friendly and plenty of slots available. Check was v thorough, which was great, but it did take 1hr and20 mins in total which I wasn't expecting. Might be useful to warn customers who haven't had a test for a while that it now takes a lot longer than it used to.
