I had already had an eye test with another Optician in Sheffield but visited Boots Queens Road Sheffield on recommendation from a friend. They had a very large range of frames of all prices and I chose some which I liked. I wanted some varifocals, I hadn't had any for over 15 years but decided to give them a try. I spoke to Dan and he was very friendly and informative about the different types of varifocal lenses and how they worked. I felt really at ease with him and he answered all my questions. I ordered the glasses and he made me an appointment to collect the. When I went to collect them I saw Tracey, who again was friendly and easy to talk to. She explained that I could purchase another pair of glasses, including sunglasses, within the next 3 months which was good to know. All in all I was very happy with my buying experience
