All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Tracey comes in for special praise. Listening to the type of glasses I wanted and suggesting frames which suited me and clearly explaining the various options available. A great sense of humour and made me feel relaxed and getting the best possible attention. I enjoyed the whole experience now waiting for the glasses next week. Very quick service!!!
