The service in the store was great, however the booking process was a shambles. It took 25 minutes on the phone to book the appointment for myself and my 2 children and then when we got to the store they had not booked one of the children in but booked me in twice. The person who made the appointment really sounded like he didn't have a clue what he was doing. This experience has made me wonder if staying with boots optician is worth it if it's this difficult every time you need an appointment. (The same thing happened last time I booked an appt.) It was only the fact that the service I received in store was good that for now I'll stay.
