I was extremely satisfied with the overall treatment and clear recommendations given to me. The optometrist was exceedingly polite, helpful and knowledgeable. What I particularly liked was the optometrist's patience and willingness to listen to my queries and concerns during the appointment because of which I felt reassured and respected as a patient. The optometrist had also made me aware of certain procedures and benefits that I was not even aware! I have to say that other members of staff were also extremely polite and helpful. This was by far the best experience I ever had and I would wholeheartedly recommend Boots Opticians to everyone.
