Excellent, I have been using Boots for many years.
Nothing to improve it was very good experience the staff were lovely
I had a very disappointing experience:
1.my appointment was cancelled one hour before I was due they rang me on my land line but I had left so did not get the message so when I turned up they told me it was cancelled and could not fit me in but to compensate me they would give me a free box of lenses but this did not happen.
2.I saw 2 different optometrist one advices me to change to monthly I trialled this on my return I saw a different optometrist who disagreed and said we needed to start the assessment again and said that I needed to have different daily contacts for me dry eyes
3. I also ordered coloured contacts paid for those but they could not find the order number on the computer so they said they would ring me back the following day I heard nothing so I rang 2 days later which was Saturday the said they were busy and would do this Monday am hopeful for a phone call Monday which would be an additional 5 days to order these.
4.i received a letter saying the price of my lenses had increased by 41% so I had to ring and they said this was a mistake by head office.
Hopefully you can understand all this inconvenience worry and additional cost on calls. disappointment is an understatement.
