Very busy reception staff but once checked in, very competent and informative staff carried out initial assessment. Optometrist very professional in his manner and great explanation on process.

My experience was one of the best! I wasn't seated long before I was seen. The eye test was smooth and easy for me to under stand. I'm not always comfortable when it comes to anything medical but I was out at ease and everyone was brilliant! I can't wait to get my new glasses!

Thorough, asking lots of relevant questions about family history and took time to explain test results/comparison with previous test. Helpful in selection of appropriate glssses and lenses without being Pushy.

I was served by annabel,she was extremely helpful and complimented my choice of glasses! She explained everything to me and I left feeling that I had made the correct choice! Another lady called Sara made sure my order was correct. She was also lovely! 10/10 to boots opticians!
