I have previously had problems with my glasses from other opticians, so I thought I would give boots a try. As I was browsing a young man promptly asked if he could help. I explained that I was concerned about buying glasses due to previous problems elsewhere but needed my new prescription that I had brought with me. He spoke very highly of his colleague Amiah and introduced me to her explaining that she could help. Amiah was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to analyse my previous glasses and understand my difficulties, she went on to choose the most suitable frame and varifocal for me with ease and confidence. Although I spent a little more than I had anticipated, I understood the reasons for this. I have now since collected my new glasses and I can honestly say they are the best I've ever had.
