I came with my 6 year old daughter for her first eye test. She was extremely nervous and unsure of what to expect. The consultant that saw us was called Natalie, she was quite small with long blonde hair. All I can say is that she made the whole experience fun and made a first experience of going to the opticians pleasant, not just for my daughter but also me. Natalie kept us informed the whole way through and explained each step in a way my daughter could understand too. Once we had seen Natalie we saw an optician called gully. He very clear with what he was saying, in all he was fab! To top all this off when we call me out of the room natalie gave her a zoe zookeeper pack with her name on. And also a certificate and a sticker to put on her shirt. This is by far the best opticians around. Each and every one of your staff that we came into contact with is a credit to your store. I really hope these comments are passed to the appropriate people. Thanks again.
