I had my new sun glasses adjusted, which involved the lenses being amended. Sam and Jon, the front of shop staff were extremely helpful, and time taken was never a concern with them. The appointment just took as long as it required, at no time was I rushed. When I returned to collect my sun glasses, Jon, was both extremely efficient and very polite. Thank you Jon.
