I arrived at 5:20 for my appointment at 5:30pm. I wasn't seen until 5:45pm. There was a lot of staff around cleaning up around me as I sat in the waiting are. I got the impression that people were due to finish work soon. When I got to see the optometrist the appointment felt very rushed. I was then told the contact lense which I wanted to trial was not in stock to I was unable to practice or be educated on how to use the lenses. I was then told i would have to wait for another appointment to when the lenses are in stock. My appointment was made over two weeks ago and the prescription had not changed. I could have been informed that the lenses were no in stock to save my own time. In total the appointment lasted 10 minutes at most.
