My husband and I had a joint appointment and were dealt with by a number of staff. All of whom were, friendly, knowledgeable and capable. I couldn't really fault them in terms of their behaviors. . I used to be a trainer of staff in a retail environment and so know what to look for. The staff there did not disappoint . Top marks for all of them . Jon was the MOS who dealt with us today. He was impeccably polite and thorough . I would only make a constructive comment on two points. 1. A number of the staff's 'uniform' and footwear looked shoddy and ill fitting and this made me think that would not be as professional as they proved to be . A small point but I noticed it straight away.Secondly the paperwork process , whilst it is clear has to be done and double checked is a bit longwinded from a customer point of view.Other than that well done to all
