All aspects of the service were excellent and every member of staff acted in a friendly but professional manner. The optician, Puja, was exceptional and I left fully confident that my sight was correctly examined and assessed. I was given explanations as to why certain types of glasses would be suitable and others less so. As a result I have a better understanding of my needs. This was my first visit since the renovations and installation of new equipment which is impressive except for one area - the waiting area consists of seating in a narrow corridor. The seating shares a space where employees have to walk from one area to another and also deal with some paperwork and files making it difficult for them to do so as they constantly have to keep stopping to allow people to pass,
