Very professional, would highly recommend.
The store could be a little larger at times it was differcult for the staff to do there job.

Melanie Steele took great care in looking after me during my visit, taking time to explain the reasons my sight has deteriorated. Joanne & Tim helped me choose new glasses and explained the way all the coatings worked and which one was best for me

Really disappointing. Wrong prescription for new contact lenses. Very difficult to schedule another consultation. Did not admit error and quibbled over me returning wrongly prescribed lenses. Poor.

Very easy to get an appointment - actually within 2 days. I found all employees to be helpful and friendly.The optometrist explained everything in detail and answered my questions fully.
