The lady who checked my contact lenses was excellent. She heard my thoughts and concerns and offered excellent solutions to help me feel comfortable. The only negative was trying to get in touch with Saffron Walden Boots by telephone to book an appointment in. The phone either rang and rang and no one answered or it was constantly engaged!! It took me 2-3 weeks of trying to contact them to reach someone.
